Garment artwork has hard physical limits. Detail thinner than about 1mm at print size fills in with ink. Very dark and very light colours vanish on certain fabric colours. Fine line work bridges and blocks up once the ink is on. We design inside those limits rather than discovering them at prepress.
Design for the process
- Minimum detail set for the print size you specify
- Stroke weights checked against the fabric and ink coverage
- Colour choices validated against your garment colours
- Artwork prepared for screen printing, DTG, DTF or heat transfer vinyl
- Print-area and safe-margin guidance
What we can produce
Single designs, full collection ranges, brand marks and wordmarks for apparel, label and tag artwork, all-over prints, sleeve and chest graphics, and packaging and swing tags for clothing brands. If you are launching a clothing line we can build a small system of marks and type treatments that stay consistent across every piece.
Mockups and repeats
We can prepare artwork for several garment colours in one pass, which is far cheaper than ordering each separately, and we keep your files organised by design and colourway so reorders are quick.
Production handoff
You receive the artwork plus a short specification sheet covering print method, recommended print size, ink colours, underbase requirements and any details that should be simplified. That sheet is what stops a production decision being made by guesswork later.
