Refund & Returns Policy

Because every order is hand-traced and custom-made by our vector artists, VectorizeServices works a little differently from stores that sell stock products. This policy explains when you can get a refund or free revisions for our services, including vector tracing, vector design, and print-ready file delivery.

Our services

• Vector tracing — blurry logos, low-resolution images, hand-drawn sketches, and scanned artwork converted into clean, scalable vector files.
• Vector design — monograms, badges, logos, patterns, labels, and layouts designed from scratch to match your brand.
• Print-ready delivery — final files in AI, SVG, EPS, and PDF, sized and color-ready for print, embroidery, or screen use.

Free revisions

Every package includes free revision rounds so the final files match your brief. Most orders are delivered within 24 hours.

When you can get a refund

• The delivered files are unusable or severely different from the order, and we cannot fix them within the included revision rounds.
• The order is cancelled before work has started — refunded in full.
• A duplicate or accidental payment was made — refunded in full.

When refunds are not given

• After the work is completed, accepted, and the final files have been downloaded.
• A change of mind after work has started — instead, you get free revision rounds until the files are ready.
• Files that have already been used commercially after a refund request was declined.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method — bKash, Nagad, direct bank transfer, Stripe, or PayPal — usually within 3–5 business days.
