If you have a flat image that needs to become real vector artwork, you have come to the right place. Our vector tracing service converts any image to vector: a raster logo, a JPEG, a PNG, a screenshot, a photo of a sign or a hand-drawn mark. We rebuild it as genuine mathematical curves rather than running an auto-trace, so the result is clean enough to hand straight to a printer, a laser cutter or your own designer.
What “convert image to vector” actually means
Every raster image is made of a fixed grid of pixels. Every vector graphic is made of paths, anchors and curves that a machine describes with numbers. When you convert an image to vector, those pixels become shapes you can select, recolour, rescale and cut. That single difference is why vector artwork stays sharp at any size while a JPEG turns to mush the moment you enlarge it.
Most people arrive with one of three requests:
- Convert logo to vector ΓÇö you have a bitmap logo and need it as SVG, EPS, AI or PDF. This is the most common job we do, and the fastest to quote.
- Redraw a logo that only exists as a picture ΓÇö an old mark from a previous designer, a logo pulled off a website, or artwork you no longer have the source file for. We redraw it cleanly by hand.
- Convert a graphic to vector for cutting or printing ΓÇö artwork destined for laser cutting, vinyl, embroidery, screen printing or engraving, where clean closed paths are not optional.
Vectorization: a manual redraw, not an auto-trace
Automatic vectorizers are quick and cheap on simple, flat artwork. They struggle with gradients, overlapping shapes, photography, thin line work and anything with fine detail, and they leave overlapping shapes and stray nodes that cost a human hours to clean up. Our vectorization is done by hand. We rebuild your logo or graphic path by path, deciding what the artwork is really made of rather than what the pixels suggest.
That difference matters most to studios and print shops. A messy file is not slightly worse, it is a support ticket, a re-quote and a delayed run.
What we trace
Logos, wordmarks, badges, crests, emblems, packaging artwork, product photography, screenshots, scanned sketches, technical drawings and hand-drawn marks. If it is a flat bitmap, we can rebuild it. If it genuinely needs simplifying for a small print size, we tell you before you order rather than after you have approved it.
How the process works
- Send the file. PNG, JPG, PDF or a screenshot is fine. Add your target size, colour count and deadline in the quote form.
- Get a fixed price. We quote from the actual complexity of the image rather than a flat guess, so the invoice matches the quote.
- Approve the direction. For larger jobs we return a preview of the trace so you can confirm accuracy before final delivery.
- Receive production files. SVG, EPS, AI, PDF and CDR, organised and named the way your workflow expects.
Formats we deliver
| Format | Best for |
|---|---|
| SVG | Web, CNC cutting, laser cutting, embroidery, further editing |
| EPS / PDF | Print, large-format, packaging, commercial print |
| AI | Adobe Illustrator workflows and further manipulation |
| CDR | CorelDRAW, vinyl cutting, sign production |
Everything is delivered as closed, clean paths with no raster effects baked in, strokes converted to outlines where required, and the colour palette matched to your reference.
Why studios and printing shops send work here
If you run a printing shop, a screen printing bureau, a laser cutting business or a design studio, you already know that clean vector files are the difference between a job that runs and a job that stops. We supply vector artwork that holds up in prepress and on the machine, with correct closed contours, sensible layer naming and no hidden raster islands ΓÇö including Adobe Illustrator files your production team can open without asking questions.
We are set up for recurring volume from agencies and print partners: consistent naming, consistent turnaround and a fixed rate card once we have worked together.
Pricing and volume work
Simple line and logo work starts at $15. Complex illustrations, crests and multi-colour artwork are quoted individually. If you are an agency or print shop with recurring volume, ask about a batch rate ΓÇö regular partners get priority turnaround and a fixed rate card.
