This page is for print shops, screen printing bureaus, laser cutting businesses, design studios and graphic designers who need production-ready vector artwork from an outside supplier. We prepare and redraw files to your specification so they run on your machine without a prepress call.
What production-ready actually means
Production-ready vector artwork is not a stylistic description, it is a checklist. Closed contours. No duplicate or overlapping lines. No stray nodes or off-path points. Type converted to outlines where the process requires it. No raster images left inside a vector file. A colour palette that matches the reference. Consistent layer naming. Every one of those is a reason a job stops mid-production, so we handle them before delivery rather than after you find them.
Vector production services for printers
- Redraw and repair ΓÇö rebuild artwork supplied by a customer into clean vector files you can run.
- Separations ΓÇö artwork split by ink or by machine operation, with spot colours kept as spot colours.
- Cut and engrave contours ΓÇö single-colour closed paths with bridge widths checked against your machine and material.
- Screen printing preparation ΓÇö stroke weights and detail validated against the print size, with underbase guidance.
- Converting to vector ΓÇö raster artwork converted to vector paths for jobs that need to cut, plot or print cleanly.
- Prepress cleanup ΓÇö overprint, bleed, trim and colour handling corrected before plates or film are output.
Formats and hand-off
AI, EPS, SVG, PDF, PDF/X, DXF and CDR. Cut paths delivered as closed polylines or splines, matched to what your software imports most reliably. We will work to your naming convention and folder structure so files drop into an existing job without being rebuilt.
Working as an overflow supplier
Many shops use us when a job is larger than the week allows, when a file has been damaged in transit, or when a customer has supplied something unusable and the deadline has not moved. Turnaround is quoted per job. Recurring volume gets a fixed rate card and priority scheduling, and we can hold your preferred conventions on file so repeat work needs no briefing.
Send us the problem file
If you already know what is wrong ΓÇö unclosed paths, a missing font, a bitmap inside a vector wrapper, too much detail for the substrate ΓÇö tell us and we will confirm whether it is fixable before you commit. If you are not sure what is wrong, send the file anyway. Diagnosing first costs nothing and usually prevents a wasted run.
