Never. Every single project is manually traced by expert designers using Adobe Illustrator. Auto-trace produces poor results with jagged paths and messy anchor points. Our manual tracing ensures clean, professional vector files every time.
Send us your file and we'll recommend the right plan for free with no commitment. Generally: Simple is for 1–3 color logos, Standard for medium complexity with illustrations, and Complex for highly detailed or intricate artwork.
We deliver AI, EPS, SVG on all plans. PDF is included on Standard and above. Complex and Custom plans also include DXF and DWG files. All files are fully editable in Adobe Illustrator and compatible software.
Delivery in 12, 24, 48, or 72 hours. The 12-hour rush adds $15 on Simple, $25 on Standard, or $50 on Complex. Custom projects are priced by delivery tier — 12h $25, 24h $50, 48h $100, 72h $300.
We offer unlimited revisions on Standard and Complex plans, and 5 revisions on Simple. We won't stop working until you're completely satisfied with the result — your approval is what matters most to us.
Yes! 5+ files get 25% off automatically. For 20+ files or ongoing work, reach out for a custom rate. We work with print shops, design agencies, and businesses that need regular vector work and offer competitive volume pricing.
We accept virtually anything — JPG, PNG, PDF, TIFF, BMP, GIF, WEBP, PSD, or even a photo taken with your phone. If you can see it on screen, we can trace it. The quality of your source file affects turnaround time but not the quality of our output.
Once you approve the quote, we'll send a payment link. We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfer. Payment is only required after you've reviewed and approved the quote — never upfront without your confirmation.
